As part of Doctors’ Day celebrations, members wore a different shade of service — the deep red of life itself.
Across West Bengal, the ASI–West Bengal State Chapter came together to organise multiple blood donation camps, each one a silent yet powerful act of compassion.
Every drop collected was more than blood — it was hope for someone waiting on a hospital bed, strength for a child fighting illness, a second chance for an accident victim.
From first-time donors to seasoned givers, people stepped forward with hearts wide open, proving that humanity still beats strongest when we stand together.
In surgery, we work to save lives. Through these camps, we realised again that the gift of life is not limited to the operating table only; it can be shared by anyone, anywhere, at any moment.
This month, we didn’t just prepare for ASICON. We prepared to heal a thousand unseen wounds, to touch lives we may never meet, and to keep the pulse of charity alive.
